The family of Ghanaian actor, Vincent E. McCauley Jr. has described him as a special person who they can never replace as he was of a loving and caring nature.

It formed part of an official announcement of his passing.

The talented actor and administrator died on Monday, January 15, 2024.

This followed his surgery for a brain tumor in South Africa.

Vincent was widely loved for his roles in the popular Ghanaian TV show ‘Things We Do For Love’ and went on to star in an impressive range of movies and TV productions.

The 48-year-old was equally cherished by his colleagues, students, and friends at Soul Clinic International School, where he served as an administrator.

In a heartfelt statement, the family intimated that “our Vincent now has Eternity of Rest, adding that, “he leaves a large void and will be greatly missed.”

The family joins a myriad of saddened Ghanaians who have thronged social media platforms to eulogize Vincent for his impact on their lives.

The communique further explained “The family is grateful for the time you spent with us, dear Vincent!”

“You were a gem, a gift straight from God and you were greatly loved and cherished.”

They also thanked “all those who genuinely cared and loved him too.”
