Kenyan protesters arrested and teargassed

Police in Kenya have made arrests and fired tear gas at protesters who were against misuse of Covid-19 funds. The protesters had congregated at Uhuru Park, in the capital Nairobi. Libya’s GNA announces ceasefire with Gen Haftar

Libya’s internationally-recognised authorities, the Government of National Accord (GNA), have announced a ceasefire with the renegade general Khalifa Haftar.
